A little adjusting needed to be done but I contacted them and they got back to me straight away talked me through the process and it all got sorted . Wish it came with stickers already applied as they are awkward to apply and don’t line up the best.

When I ordered this I was sceptical as iv never ordered something like a motorbike before brand new. The delivery was brilliant communication was brilliant! When it arrived and built it absolutely blew my mind what a bargain! My daughter is absolutely over the moon. I have recommend to every one I know as I am that impressed with it. See for your self in my pictures it’s brilliant for the cost and again delivery and customer service also great. I will definitely use them again. The pictures don’t do it justice. Also I worried about the build but mechanic threw it together in mins and didn’t cost much. Truly beautiful but if kit and very well described which allowed us to match to our daughter height and build. Thank you for an amazing affordable product.

Over exposure to sunlight can cause the top ring to expand and become deformed. The fast set pools should not be placed in direct sunlight, unfortunately this is not covered under the warranty.

General Maintenance
The fast set pools need to be set up on level ground.
The filter pump should not be used when the pool is in use.
To set up, inflate the top ring, and fill with water.
When filling the pool, please ensure all creases are removed from the base of the pool
To clean the pool, we would recommend using diluted washing up liquid as this is a non-abrasive cleaner
For all pools, we recommended using chemicals to keep the water clear, bacteria free and to avoid algae build up
